Absorb shock and reduce noise
Bushing can separate two metals to avoid direct impact, friction damage, or making noise. At the same time, it allows metal components to move within a certain range. Bushing is a non-conductor. This makes it effective to block the energy sending into bushing. When automobile is driving on pot holes or bumpy roads, bushing’s function is to absorb shock and to lower noise.
